The Inn’s variety of meeting or banquet rooms, totaling 10,000 square feet, includes two ballrooms. Smaller groups can choose from a choice of rooms, some with river views, for board meetings, presentations and meals. The Hood River Inn’s professional staff can customize the setting to your needs, with complete catering services, decorating, and audio-visual equipment. A spacious and grand room, ideal for receptions, meetings and meal functions for up to 250 people. The room is separate from the main hotel and feautres a stage, full bar facilities, restrooms, and a balconey. - B. Columbia Room
The Inn's distinctive ballroom, the Columbia Room , is dividable and features a mezzanine entrance. Ideal for groups of up to 250 people. - C. Mt. Adams Room D. Mt. Hood Room
The Mt. Adams and Mt. Hood Rooms work ideally as breakouts from the Columbia Room, or on their own for meetings and meal functions of up to 35 people each. - E. Mountainview Room
Located in the Inn's west wing, the Mountainview Room offers groups of up to 60 people, an ideal meeting or dining climate with a view of famous Mount Hood. - F. Riverview Room
The Riverview Room offers groups of up to 65 people meeting or dining space with the majestic Columbia River flowing past the room and its two balconies. - G. Little Riverview Room
Perfect for board meetings and other small gatherings of up to 30 people. The Little Riverview Room and its balcony overlook the Columbia River. An adjoining guest room is available. - H. Garden Room
Semi-private dining area adjacent to The Riverside Grill. The glass enclosed Garden Room can accommodate up to 40 people, and offers stunning views of the Columbia River.
